Shipping Information

If you order by noon EST, Monday - Thursday your order will most likely be shipped the same day. Same-day shipments on Fridays need to be in by 10:00 am. After the cutoff times, most orders are shipped the following business day.

Orders placed on legal and religious holidays will be filled on the next available business day.

We ship to the US and international. 

Once the order is out of our hands and in those of the selected carrier service, Platypod Tripods cannot be held accountable for its successful delivery, honoring their projected delivery schedules, etc. (which is the responsibility of the carrier). Customers can address delivery concerns with their local postal service for more information about their order.

If you are international, we recommend that you check out our Authorized Retailer page to see if there is a retailer in your country or closer than we are in the U.S., that way you can save some shipping! For international rates please go through the checkout process to see your final costs. PLEASE NOTE: Taxes, tariffs, Customs fees and duties outside the United States are the responsibility of the purchaser unless otherwise specified. Depending upon international shipping traffic, items may take anywhere from 2-8 weeks to arrive. Once the package is handed off to inbound country's postal service, it becomes the customer's responsibility to track through their local post office. 

Easy Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns if you send it back within 14 days of receipt. Please email service@platypod.com to notify us of your incoming return. Then, send the package to us at:

Please note: All goods ordered in error or goods you wish to return may be subject to a restocking fee. The restock fee is 15% of the original invoice price of the products being returned.
